El mando ya lo he actualizado con la app accesorios de xbox y sigue igual

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try running the Bluetooth troubleshooter on your PC. Select the
Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security >
Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select
Bluetooth, and then select Run the troubleshooter and follow the instructions.

Update your app and controller, you should also try to connect It by USB cable to sync it to your Pc
