Adding an optional language to my xbox live account

Hello

I'm a customer from Austria and i am using kinect since it got on the market, a few days ago i realised that voice recognition would will work on my xbox but only with a local account and when the language is set to english, but when i log in with my live
account the voice recognition turns off

can someone add english to the optional languages of my xbox live account so i can use the voice recognition?

Voice recognition not working on my XBOX LIVE profile

I am wondering why and how I can fix the fact my XBOX LIVE profile does not use voice recognition while a profile (let's call it N) on my XBOX not XBOX LIVE connected does.

I created a free XBOX LIVE for N but without using an existing Windows Live ID - there the voice recognition is working. Why is it not working on my XBOX LIVE account - my settings are English + I tried moving to United States as local. Also my menu remains
in Dutch while I want it to be in English.

Can you please help me install the voice recognition on my XBOX LIVE account - it is great stuff ! Love it.
