No received store credit from secret agency email promotion

I've been receiving emails from that super secret agency thing where i have to do certain tasks to earn Xbox store credit. I've completed the first two challenges but only got payment for the first one. The second challenge had me download a game from Games
with Gold and i have downloaded both The Crew and XCom without getting any credit still. I only have until July 7 to earn credit for this and future challenges so i need someone to help with this immediately.

Promo Code Already Used

Hi,

I participated in the recent email promotion involving tasks assigned from the "super secret agency that cannot be named". I completed two the of the activities, and I received the email with two promo codes for $2 credit in the Xbox store. However, one of
the codes resulted in an error message saying that it had already been used.

Have not received 50,000 rewards credits for xbox one s

It's been 15 days since my XB1 S shipped from the Microsoft store and i have not yet received my 50,000 credits for the promotion.

Read the Missions available there, I am afraid games such as The Crew and XCOM aren't eligible.

 

It said "June's Games with Gold" and those are JUNE'S GAMES WITH GOLD, how the
[mod removed] is it not eligible?!

 

Ignore 2nd post, I don't know who it's from it just says it's from Xbox@engage, it doesn't say rewards or anything cuz of their stupid secret agency theme shît or whatever. If I could add a picture to show what it looked like, then it'd be more clear.
