No rebate on purchases...

I haven't had a rebate (points) on purchases made for the last couple of months please help???

none of my April MyVIP rebates have posted

I haven't received the rebate I'm entitled to either. Never had a problem before, but now all of a sudden, I'm not receiving the rebate on purchases that I should. I've made several qualifying purchases, but there is no corresponding rebate in "pending rewards".

No MyVIP rebate on purchases since February

Hello Kedi,

Since your purchases in March went towards the opt-in offer "Simply Rewarding", those purchases did not award MyVIP. Similarly, your purchases in May went towards the "Retro Rewards" offer, and did not award MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Hello Delpoi,

Pre-orders and in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. Your purchase in September of Gears of War went towards the Gears of War offer instead of MyVIP payback. This is why you have not received payback since August.

Hello ziroleo,

After reviewing your account, we see that you were incorrectly Rewarded at the free level in February. Apologies for the inconvenience. Loading your new subscription that month caused our system to misinterpret this action as a break in subscription. We
will duplicate that Credit event to reflect the double percent back you should have received for being Gold. However, we see that your other rebates are accurate. Keep in mind that purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP, so for instance,
purchases in March that completed Simply Rewarding would not also go towards MyVIP for March. You should see our duplicate adjustment by the end of next week.

There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be included in the rebate you receive in mid-November.

Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for December purchases. If that was the only purchase you made in November, it would be included in
your December rebate since you did not spend enough to earn a rebate for that month.
