No puedo pagar Game Pass

Buenas, mi problema es que al momento de pagar el game pass me sale "Se ha rechazado la opción de pago de una suscripción existente y está bloqueando esta compra. En Xbox, ve a Configuración. O ve a account.microsoft.com/services para solucionar este problema."
, revise en la dirección dicha previamente me dice que se me bloqueo por incumplimiento en el pago, pero siempre pagaba con pura tarjeta de regalo y nunca agregue una tarjeta de crédito o de Débito, si alguien sabe como arreglar esto me ayudarían mucho.
