No puedo extender mi membresia xbox live gold (I can't extend my Xbox Live Gold Membership)

Buenas, eh tenido un problema al querer extender mi membresia, mi membresia actual expira el 13 de octubre pero vi que hay una oferta de 3 meses por 14.99$ yo utilizo tarjeta de débito como método de pago y la e recargado con dinero suficiente para realizar
la compra el problema que tengo que al querer extender la membresia me tira un mensaje que dice "Ponerse en contacto con la asistencia de Microsoft, no se pudo procesar tu pago" entonces entiendo que no es por falta de fondos, que solución podría haber? Les
agradecería su ayuda.
