No puedo acceder a mi cuenta[Translation-I can not access my account]

Un día quise iniciar sesión con mi cuenta de Xbox en la consola de un amigo, al momento de hacerlo y poner mis datos exactos (correo y contraseña) se iniciaba sesión en una cuenta que no era la mía. He querido entrar de nuevo en paginas de Microsoft y Xbox
y me manda a la misma cuenta errónea. ¿Qué sucede? (Ha día de hoy no cuento con mi Xbox pero quiero recuperar mi cuenta pues pienso tener otra consola)

[Translation-One day I wanted to log in with my Xbox account on a friend's console, when I did it and put my exact details (email and password), I was logging into an account that was not mine. I wanted to enter Microsoft and Xbox pages again and

Hello Luis,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with your account. The most common issue, is the email on your main account is most likely different than the one you thought. If you know the gamertag you can request a call from
support. They will be able to try and help find the original account. If they are able to verify the account they can give you information on it.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

No puedo acceder con ninguna otra cuenta, la migración la hice 2 meses aproximadamente.

Me dice error de conexión de Live. Su consola esta conectada a internet pero no puede acceder a xbox live.
