    You already created a thread about this issue. You should not create multiple threads on the same issue. Its viewed as spamming and not how to get someone to help you.

    Hello Jose,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of your account. Due to you are unable to log in at all due to you don't know the password. You will not be able to access the authenticator app either. We recommend to request a call from support to see what
    they can do for you.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Tengo un gran problema porque cuando quiero entrar a alguna aplicación (ejemplo: facebook) me pide la contraseña del correo que esta como mis padres, quisiera quitar eso por que soy mayor de edad, na damas que el correo con el que esta mi perfil no lo es
    y quisiera saber como le puedo hacer para cambiar la fecha de nacimiento de mi perfil para ser mayor de edad y no necesitar la contraseña del otro correo, y es que el correo con el que esta hecha la cuenta de mis padres lo bloquearon y aunque sepa la contraseña
    no me deja entrar y dice que no es válida. Les agradecería me ayudaran. Saludos. :)
