No proof and no way of finding proof for chat ban

Xbox will randomly bad you from chat and provide ZERO evidence to a broken rule. IF I BROKE A RULE AND YOU DONT SHOW ME WHERE I WAS WRONG THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHANGE!!!? This is such
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] if you ban me from chat you need to show me what ive done. Literally havent messaged anyone nor have i owned a working mic in months but yet im banned from chat for some reason ! Real great system all you can do
is make an appeal to something you have no idea about because microsoft refuses to give any evidence as to what youve done. I guess some salty 10 year old reporting me for abusive chat ( even though i havent used any type of chat in MONTHS) is enough for a
ban. Maybe xbox need to look into the report and not just ban off a report its a
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] joke.

The best advice to help you change, so you won't get a suspension in the future, is to take a look at the

Xbox Live Code of Conduct. The link I provided is the Code of Conduct explained in simple terms for gamers. The rule of thumb when it comes to dealing with other players, with whom you don't get along, is to ignore, report, and block them. Any Retaliation
is a violation of the Code of Conduct and can earn you a suspension, as well.

Suspensions/bans aren't fun and Microsoft doesn't want to limit your playing experience. So just make sure to follow the Code of Conduct you agreed to when signing up for an Xbox account.

Sorry to hear that. "crazY" is right. Wish help could be given here in the forums. I would get upset too. The enforcement team would be your go to source. You might also want to contact xbox support. Maybe, it could be some kind of system glitch? Not sure.

The same rules apply in the forums so it is best to just state your question in a nice civil form and wait for responses. Using such language in the forums could actually get you an additional ban.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

All of the reports are reviewed by someone to verify they do in fact break the terms of service. If you sent messages, voice chat, etc. that did in fact violate the ToS, and it was reported, you would likely receive a comms ban for it. Exact details are typically
not provided to prevent people from retaliating against others who report them for their misconduct. You can also appeal the ban at enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? and Case Review if it is for longer than 24 hours.
