No programs can view my desktop when it tries to view it!

Unfortunately Windows is not designed for VR use, I believe you should consult product support

Well it's more like screen mirroring, every other application can be viewed on the vr headset, like the browser or steam, just not the desktop, this is also true for programs i regularly use like Discord or Streamlabs OBS, even different RX Runtimes have the issue like Steam VR or Oculus

When you are playing the game, are you playing it in full screen view, or standard desktop view?

Ok, can you try to switch the view in your mobile browser to "desktop mode / request desktop site" ?
