No points!!!??

Discus and support No points!!!?? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I decided to buy for Honor with the deal of getting Xbox rewards points through the rewards system.     No points!!!??


    I decided to buy for Honor with the deal of getting Xbox rewards points through the rewards system. I still don't have those points for purchasing it even though I bought the game which Microsoft said would get me rewards points. I don't know why this is.
    because I bought it through the link of the rewards email I got. I still don't have the credits

    Pre ordered Battle field 1 no points and never had any reward points prior to this in the past

    I waited until after the new subscription started, and still no points. How do I redeem the 400 points I was suppose to get?

    If it has been at least 96 hours since your purchase a reward staff member will have to review your account.

    They work Monday - Friday (no weekends) 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Hello LoneWolf4ssassn,

    We see that the Credits for Warrior Rewards are currently pending in your account for your For Honor purchase. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the
    end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Also something to keep in mind is that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, as Murphs says.

    If you're referring to Microsoft Rewards points, you would want to check the gift card you're wanting to redeem and it will show you how many points you need. https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/all
    The points themselves do not have a monetary value.

    You'll have to wait until the new subscription starts on 4/6. The points should show as pending up to 96 hours after that. Then they will be added to your account around May 15.
