We are not rewarded for achievements unless there is a specific promotion running which has us earning them on specific titles. Subsequently, on January 1st, 2017 MyVip was reset for its annual reset. MyVip runs from January 1st to December 31st and the
amount of spending during that time dictates your following year star level. As for the scores, I think you may be referring to the area which stats your achievements on the reward website. That portion only updates once per month so it is often out of sync
with what you see on your Xbox .

Definitely check the fine print. As Mistress Sara said they are usually sent later. However, it is usually 4-6 weeks after the end of the offer.

I've had the exact same problem, the only reason I bothered getting 6 months instead of 3 was for the added bonus of microsoft points, and U2 Breeze I don't see how the offer could be outdated as the promotional offer has just came out and expires on the
28th May, just frustrates me that microsoft can't be straight with their customers and you have to faff about like i'm doing now writing this.

Wait For a couple of days before they're fully redeemed on your account and if your not getting the microsoft points then contact xbox live via phone. Also if you dont recieve it could be that the Promotional offer or reward is outdated or expired so goodluck
