    Rewards with digital pre-orders

    Hi!

    I pre-order Titanfall 2 (which is the list of Pre-order Punchcard) but I did not receive any points rewards :C

    I Was not eligible for that reward? I ordered in Oct 4th.

    Xbox One S offer validity

    Hi,

    I received an email indicating I am eligible for the Xbox One S offer of 50k rewards points upon my first order of an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store more than 10 days ago. I ordered on Oct 26 and now see in the FAQ that the offer is valid for orders
    placed between Oct 29 and Dec 31. Do I need to return my order for a refund and place a new one to have my account credited with the rewards points?

    We only see one pre-order purchase for your account for Watch_dogs 2. That offer required the purchase of three eligible pre-orders made within the offer period. Since you only made one pre-order, you did not complete the offer.

    There is currently an error with Resident Evil 7 interacting with the previous Games on Demand punch card. We are working on a hotfix for this issue that we hope to have deployed soon. Once we have released this fix, and can confirm you have been appropriately
