No points are being awarded

I purchased gears of war 4 for 35.99 December 4th, call of duty infinite warfare for 79.99 December 28th, and unravel for 4.99 December 31st and have not seen any points for neither of them. Please help and thank you.

Also keep in mind that in order to qualify, purchases have to be made during the offer period. If the consoles were bought before the offer became available, they are not eligible.

This was from the transition FAQ:

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards Credits balance?If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on September 30, 2017, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in September, Xbox Live Rewards will convert
them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft account by October 31, 2017. You will then have 365 days to spend that currency on items from the Xbox Store or any other successor store.

If we are unable to deposit into your Microsoft account for some reason, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits will automatically be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from
the Microsoft Rewards catalog; provided you have not opted out of Xbox Live Rewards.

For the Microsoft Rewards program, I see where you can earn 1 point for every $1. I'm not sure if it's different in Canada. The program would only count any purchases you made after joining the Microsoft Rewards program which would have been October 1 if
you hadn't joined before. You can also earn points by using Bing to search and there are daily offers you can earn points from just by clicking on them.

Your purchase of Call of Duty and Gears of War were applied to the Rewards Story offer last month. However, since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive Credits for those purchases. Regarding your Unravel purchase, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated December's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

With the Xbox Rewards program, it's impossible to have an odd number of credits pending. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.

On the website, it says Xbox Rewards has now become Microsoft Rewards In Canada, does that means all my points just vanished? Also for the Microsoft Rewards system, is it 20 points for every dollar you spend?

Your region is not a valid Xbox Live Rewards region. It sounds like you may have confused our program with the Microsoft Rewards program, as your region was migrated back at the end of September. Furthermore, we see that you earned more than that amount
before your Xbox Live Rewards account was migrated. Since the Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, we are not informed on their policies. You should reach out to their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. Your Credits were deposited
before migration. This was mentioned in your migration email, a pop-up on the Xbox Live Rewards page, and on Microsoft Rewards (https://rewards.microsoft.com/explore/xbox-to-ms-rewards-faq?mkt=en-ca).
