No points after promised I would receive them this month.

i still have not received my 50k points after buying an Xbox one s last month. I was promised "within two weeks of shipping" which was not true. The after opening a ticket here I was told "pending since the beginning of the month and will be deposited on
deposit day at the end of the month." Deposit day was yesterday and I still don't have my points. I don't understand why something this simple is so complicated. Please look into my account and provide my points asap. Thanks.

Where are my 50,000 points??

I was promised by xbox support I would be receiving 50,000 points for upgrading to an xbox one s. It has been over a month and I still have not received the points I was promised and contacting support is just frustrating and not helpful. For some reason
I was only given 30,000 points and that is far short of what I was promised I would be getting if I ordered an xbox one s, they only response I have gotten is "The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after members were chosen
at the beginning of the offer period, you only received the default 30,000 Credits. Since this Credit event occurred on January 3rd on your MyRewards page, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit this month" Which doesnt answer my question I specifically
contacted xbox rewards right before placing my order to ask if I would be getting the 50,000 points and I was promised that yes I would and now you are trying to tell me I didnt qualify or something that is unacceptable If I dont receive the points I was promised
I will sending my one s back promptly!!

Where are my 800 free reward points for renewing my 12 month subscription?

I renew my 12 month subscription for gold xbox live back in early April and have still yet to receive my free 800 points as promised.

Can anyone help with this?

I got the same problem. My family account expired today (21. Sept) and none of the Accounts received the promised 3 extra months. Besides the MS Points havent been converted and are still there as MS Points...

any points you accumulated after the first of a given month you won't recieve them until the next month. reward points are only credited to your account once a month. so if you currently have 150 points in your account you will receive them by the 15th of
november.

They didn't take my points at all but it's forcing me to pay the 1,500 extra points to redeem my game pass ultimate. So instead of the promised 10,500 reward points I have to spend 12,000 reward points. Last month they gave me 2000 points so an extra 500 to compensate. This month I have not received a response except for the first initial response of we have to look into this. It's been 14 days since that message. And every couple days I'm sending them another message asking about it.

While this should be in the other forum section, an important note is that rewards points are only transferred to your account once your reach 100+ points in rewards, and they are given to you on specific days of each month.

If you are over 100 points or more but it is after the day of deposit you will not receive them until the following month.

No points after promised I would receive them this month.
