No points added to my Rewards Credit

Discus and support No points added to my Rewards Credit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi Xbox Team, I bought so many games recently because I want the reward, but there are no points added to my reward credit.. please help..     Didn't receive my credits on the 15th, also can't log into my account

    I haven't received my credits for my purchases in May credited to my xbox account

    xbox rewards

    You have 8,177 Credits

    My remaining gems has not been credited in points. I believe I had 53.

    And it no longer allows me to log in to xbox rewards to view my reward info..

    Can you tell me the status of my 8177 credit reward points.

    xbox live rewards missing

    i did a survay yesterday and it did not add to my xbox live rewards but i checked if it was added today and still no reward points were added

    Only purchases made with your Rewards Account's regional currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you registered as a Singaporean member, and your purchases were not made in SGD, they were not eligible for Rewards.

    If its Xbox live rewards the points get added at the beginning of the following month and you have to have at least 100 points before they credit you

    First Purchase - No points awarded

    Credits are added within 2 days to your Rewards account. They are not added to your gamertag account until they reach at least 5,000 credits and you request them. At that point they will be added by the 15th or 30th of the month.

    The triple play reward will be added to your Live Reward pending points (in the reward section) sometimes early May and will be credited to your Xbox Live account within a period of 45 business days afterwards.

    In order to receive the 15,000 preorder credits, you have to preorder the games from microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible.
