No place to deposit 5,000 pending credits and it's not being done automatically.

I have 5,000 MyCredits pending on my Xbox account. It has been two months and they have neither been automatically deposited on the 15th or the 30th of those months. There is not place to request an early deposit on the website. How can I deposit these MyCredits?
This is MyRewards page as it stands right now.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you have 5,000 pending, they are automatically scheduled
for a deposit so there is no longer a need to request a deposit. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

Rewards deposit not posting to my account

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
for deposit so it is no longer necessary to request one.

Credits are not automatically deposited until you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you just got to 5,000 pending credits on December 6, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

and 30th are just the latest deposits can take place, but they usually take place before then. The first deposit for this month took place around the 9th so there was no deposit scheduled for today.
