No pending rewards credits for purchases since August

I've been making games purchases since September that haven't awarded me any rebate credits; right around the time the rewards program was changed.

I've bought D4, Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall, and none of these purchases are giving me the appropriate 2% rebate that I'm eligible for. Yet, they've counted towards boosting my VIP status nearly to the second tier for 4% rebate, so I know it should be registering.

Any help towards a resolution would be helpful.

No Credit For Purchases

No credit for any purchases in August. I haven't been seeing any pending points in my account lately. I purchased numerous items back in August such as season passes for Injustice 2, Tekken 7, and various other items, yet I'm seeing nothing in my rewards.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

From the FAQ for that offer:

—When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 15 days of the purchased-game's shipping date.

Since that game was only released recently, it is too early to see pending Credits for that purchase.

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not been 15 days since the game's release, it is too early to see those Credits pending. Since the Simply Rewarding offer for 6000 Credits is for purchases off the Xbox Store, you purchase from the MicrosoftStore.com site would not be eligible
for that offer.
