    No PC code received for Quantum Break purchased from MS Store


    I pre-ordered a physical copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One from the Microsoft Store on Feb. 25. The MS Store indicated that I would receive a digital copy of Quantum Break for Windows 10 shortly after release.

    I received the hard copy of the game on April 5. I have yet to see the Windows 10 code.

    Help! Never Received codes/credit for PC Quantum Break and Alan Wake

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break on the Xbox Store on 4/3

    Never received codes/credit for Alan Wake games and Quantum Break PC.

    Talked to MS support and they said to post here.

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally from the Xbox Store for Xbox One, and still haven't received the bonus Quantum Break Windows PC code, or the Alan Wake codes. Any further updates on when we may receive the promotion codes? Thanks.

    The physical version of Quantum Break on Xbox One does not include Quantum Break on Windows 10. That specific promotion was only available through pre-ordering the game on the Xbox Store, or redeeming a digital token before the release.

    Just to clarify did you purchase the physical disc version of Quantum Break? Also, did you purchase Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store? If so, you will not be receiving a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. For further details check out

    Missing Alan Wake download code

    Hi,

    I purchased the game from a web store (cdon.com) as a cardboard thing with a Q8 code.

    After scanning that I then owned Quantum Break in the Xbox Store and was able to download and play.

    The description of what I owned (Quantum Break) included the option to download Allan Wake and promised that I would receive a download code.

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
    10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    If it has been past 10 days, be sure to let us know so that we can look into this further. Thanks!
