    Does anyone else with an Xbox One X have Wi-Fi issues?

    I would try, change your wifi password (do not let anyone or any device to use this password yet) and restart your router. And hard reboot your XOX. Move wifi closer.

    If your problem is fixed, then, it is one of those problems.

    Note, the first instructions is to make sure Chromecast doesn't flood your wifi with retrospective data. Or other bad devices making bad connections. This includes some wifi adapter on PC starting to crash out your router. Happened to me on two different brands.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, that you wanted to know the password for your hotspot?

    If that's correct, may I ask what device are you where the hotspot is turned on?

    That is a network security setting, it is like telling your console to forget network when you disconnect.

    Just like on your phone, if you tell it to forget network, you'll have to put in your password to re-connect.

    Look, I am just asking what is wifi password for Xbox one x hot spot for direct wifi. Please do not deviate from subject. I am not asking about screen sharing etc. I know very well how it works. All I need is WPA2 password for so famous Xbox one wifi direct.

    Hi, yes. Please give that a try

    If maybe that doesn't work, probably your Xbox is rejecting the WEP password to avoid security problems in the future

    As KindGryphon says, WEP is a weak password type.

    I think that a good option to consider is get a cheap wifi repeater and create a second and exclusive Wifi network with WEP password for your Nintendo devices

    ok it's not working again.

    It's seems I am supposed to enter the password when turning on the consol to connect to my network and sometmes it will randomly work, a coin flip basically.

    That's very frustrating, especially since i have to reenter my wifi password each time I want to give it a shot, very tedious.

    God dammit, on xbox360 I had to pay for the wifi adapter but at least it worked !
