No options to permanently delete cloud saves.

Hello, I've been attempting to play 'Portal 2' on my Xbox One, I just downloaded it from the store. However, I still have old game data from my Xbox 360. I've been trying to delete it with no success and CANNOT delete the old date. I've looked throughout the questions about this and it seems no one has had success. Yes, I've hit the start and the back button on the 360 setting screen, it only gives me options to delete then comes right back after I restart the game. I've also been to my system settings on my Xbox One and it only gives me the option to delete reserved data. There are no options to wipe the saved games completely. I'm literally going in circles, deleting, restarting, only to have to delete again and again. I've even disconnected from my internet and its still bringing my old saved data back. Can someone please help, I've been at this for over an hour. It's ridiculous!!! I'd like to add, when I'm in the 360 storage settings, it does give me the option to delete and says " This will delete the selected content from both your console and the cloud. Are you sure you want to delete? " Yet it shows right back up once the games been restarted....

You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

On Home, select My games & apps.
Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.

You can delete your save game by going to Games & Apps, highlighting the Titanfall game, pressing the menu button, and then managing the game data. There is an option to either delete the save data from the cloud (meaning permanently), or from your console
(meaning only locally).

I'm not sure if deleting your save data from the cloud will also delete the progress in multiplayer (as it would in single player), but it is worth a shot.

Unfortunately there is no way to browse save files that are stored in the cloud, so you can't go through them and delete the ones you no longer want.

You can delete a cloud save, but only if you have the game installed and also have a local save. To do that, go into "Manage game" for the game, go into "Saved data", then instead of clicking the "Delete all" button, highlight the save, press the menu button on your controller, then choose the option to delete the save. That will bring up another screen that gives you a "Delete everywhere" option, which deletes both the local and cloud save.

Unfortunately, that is currently the only way to manually delete a save from the cloud.

Prior to the the latest February update, if you uninstalled a game, it would keep your save in the cloud.

With the newest update, you are able to specify if you want to either uninstall the game, delete your save locally, or delete it permanently from the cloud.

It sounds like you only deleted it locally, so it should still be there when you reinstall the game.

You CAN actually delete your save game data locally on your xbox and leave it in the cloud. Go to your games/apps section in dashboard and go to the game in question. There are options to delete the local save game data and save game data in the cloud. You
can delete local data or delete local and cloud data.

No options to permanently delete cloud saves.
