No option to download South Park stick of truth

I purchased the South Park Fractured But Whole gold edition game with season pass today and I have not been able to download South Park Stick of Truth game for free as stated in the promotion. What is the best way to solve this issue? I am part of
the Xbox one preview program so I thought that may have something to do with it. Thank you so much for your help, support, time and patience with this matter, I greatly appreciate it! And you all are awesome for everything you do to help the xbox community!

I can't download South Park: The Stick of Truth!

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!

You already own the game (The stick of truth)? Try verify it
here or
here, if the game shows as you already own it then verify your
licenses.

If the game is already own it try to remove your account,
power cycle your console and re-add your account then verify if the game is on My games & apps> Games> Ready to install.

 

The promotion stated that when I pre purchase South Park Fractuted But Whole on the digits Xbox one marketplace that I would be able to download South Park Stick of Truth from the digital Xbox one marketplace for free. However, when I go to the South Park
Xbox one marketplace page there is no option for me to download it or install it. What do you think is the best solution? Will the answer you posted above solve this problem?

 

When I clicked on this verify links it is saying that I do not own the game South Park stick of truth and it is asking for the full price in order for me to own in. What did you mean by remove my account? I apologize for all the questions thank you for

Hahaha does not matter, it's ok.

Remove and re-add your account is for refresh/update your info like your licenses or purchases, I know in bundle description says that you can download it inmediately but I suggest that you first contact with Ubisoft support for more info about it, you can

Thank you for you help and responses! I am in the Xbox preview program and I've heard that may have an effect on playing games through Xbox compatibility. Have you heard anything about solutions for that? I'll definitely try your advice as well. How
do I go about removing and re-adding my account? Will doing that remove me from the Xbox preview program?

 

May the Xbox preview program causes some issues but I do not think so, might this a license issue.

To remove and re-add you account Go to Settings> Account> Remove accounts, to re-add go to the left on home screen> Select Add & manage> Select Add new and then enter your email and password, if you remove your account you will not be remove from the program

truth and fractured but whole are not appearing in the Xbox one marketplace when I search for them on my Xbox one. I wonder if it's a licensing issue or an issue on ubisoft's end with those two South Park games not appearing on the Xbox one marketplace now
since they were appearing there yesterday when I checked. If you have any more insights or recommendations for this issue please let me know! And I look forward to hearing from you! thank you again for all of your help!

Are you running the latest Anniversary preview update on your Xbox One console, and did you pre-order South Park: Fractured But Whole on that build? If so, I definitely recommend reporting using the feedback app and checking in on the Preview
Program forums for further information and assistance. Keep us posted if you purchased on the latest preview update or not so we can narrow down the issue.

Yes I am running the latest anniversary preview program on my console. And I preordered the South Park Fractured But Whole digital Deluxe edition while running the latest anniversary preview program. Do you have any recommendations or suggestions for how
to fix this issues for xbox users that are currently enrolled in the Xbox preview program and are having these same issues? Thank you for your continued help and support with this matter and I hope to resolve this problem soon! I'm open to all suggestions

In order to fix this problem, you'll want to contact our phone team and get the game refunded. After that, go ahead and preorder the game again, but this time do it from Xbox.com. You should then be able to obtain The Stick of Truth from the Ready to Install
section on the console..Contact Us
