No option to contact support via web chat

    No option to contact support via web chat


    I am trying to resolve a billing issue. When I open https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/ and click 'contact us', there is no option to use a chat function to contact a representative, despite the same page saying web chat is available 24/7. The only options listed are 'ask a question' (which leads here), 'ask a gamer', and 'talk to our virtual agent'. Requesting a web chat via the former basically returns me to the previous step.

    So how the hell do I contact support if I don't want to do it via phone call?

    The only option to contact support is through the aforementioned link, you should try the option to talk to a player since you will be redirected to a live chat to talk to a real person. In any case, there you should have the option to request a call (If it does not appear, it is because it is not available in your region), remember that this is a Microsoft public forum where we are all players like you who help other players with problems basics.

    As a personal recommendation, I would tell you to keep trying since the page system sometimes fails and directs you to a conversation with an automatic bot, but I would recommend selecting the option to talk to a player to obtain more information.

    Okay, turns out 'contact a gamer' option actually gets you in touch with an actual support representative via chat. May I say, that is an EXTREMELY poor decision on Microsoft's part to call their support staff 'gamers' or 'players'... Especially when by the description in the support page, it almost sounds like it'll get you in touch with a random bozo who can't even see system internals like billing history.

    First, contact apex legend support via email or support Number. If they don't respond the try contacting Xbox support also via their web chat or Support Number, and they should be able to give you a refund.
