    NO OPTION TO CHANGE REWARD


    Im stuck on auto donate to UNICEF USA (im in uk) and cannot cancel, stop auto donate or change goal either on the console or browser. Ive followed guides and read up on FaQ and still unable to resolve this.

    Its really annoying now as ive lost out on 1000’s of point over the last few months that if usually convert to gift cards but i cant because microsoft wont allow me to do it!!

    At the top of the forums click "Create a new post". Fill in your post title. There is a drop down menu for Forums. Change it to Xbox Rewards. Then change the Category to Xbox Live Rewards Questions.

    Underneath those options is "Type". Change that to support. Then fill in your message and click Publish.

    Hi There - Unfortunately, it is not possible to get another free name change. As someone else said, best option is Microsoft Rewards.
