No option to cancel Xbox Game Pass for PC.

On the Xbox(Beta) app for windows 10, I click on my avatar portrait > go to settings > click on account > and then go to my subscriptions. There is only a MANAGE next to the subscriptions, not the game pass. I click on the manage anyways and it takes me
to my Microsoft account web page and I try to find the subscription. It's not there, not anywhere. The only thing I'm able to see game pass related is my old cancelled subscription to game pass a few months prior. It's been charging me for a few months and
I just want to know how to cancel it. Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advanced.

Hi There

It seems as if you have already turned off recurring billing so you should not be charged

I would suggest contacting support. I also recommend using the live chat option as you will be connected directly to a support agent

You can put there Xbox Game Pass for PC, or Xbox Game Pass for Console, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The type of subscription you canceled.

I understand how confusion the multiple options of subscriptions can also be. With that being said, I wanted to drop one more link for you that explains the differences through the multiple subscriptions available. If you're playing on PC, it's possible that an Xbox Game Pass subscription on console was purchased or a standard Xbox Live Gold subscription. To access the library of Game Pass games on PC, Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC are available.

You will have to cancel the Game Pass Ultimate subscription first, then you can sign up for the Game Pass for PC. Here is the official link => Xbox Game Pass for PC | Xbox.
