No option on fortnite to toggle 120 fps

I've tried it and I'm theoritically able to turn on1080p 120 Hz but when I enter the game (I've tried EA FC 24 and Fortnite) I still have 60 FPS. In Fortnite you have to turn on 120 FPS in settings but there is a problem - I don't have that option.

Oh well. But I do get 120 fps in fortnite on low and a 100 fps on medium with 66%res and 1920x1080

I try few more things

1. When i down from 120 fps to 60 fps - the problem fixed (but is important to me to stay on 120 fps)

2. When i turned off the option on my tv called :

instant game response

It’s also fixed but not good play on this mode (fps down and more)
