Discus and support No option for SAP audio with Hauppage usb tuner + OneGuide for OTA broadcast?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am using the Hauppage usb tuner to watch OTA broadcasts of local TV channels with the XBox One and OneGuide.     No option for SAP audio with Hauppage usb tuner + OneGuide for OTA broadcast??


    I am using the Hauppage usb tuner to watch OTA broadcasts of local TV channels with the XBox One and OneGuide. There does not appear to be any settings to allow for a language preference when a channel broadcasts with a secondary audio source, and I havent
    had any luck finding this addressed in the forums. Please help!

    Secondary Audio (SAP) not supported??

    Console: Xbox One Attachment: Hauppage USB TV Tuner Issue: There are no options (in system settings or in the One Guide settings) to select or activate a secondary audio source (SAP) for off the air broadcasts. Example: I am able to watch and receive audio
    for all stations in my area. One of the OTA stations is a Spanish language station. There is a program on this station that broadcasts a show I want to watch with a secondary audio stream in English. I cannot use the Xbox to watch this show, and have to disconnect
    the coax from my antenna (to the Xbox) and plug directly into my tv to be able to listen to the English SAP audio.

    Hauppage Xbox One Tuner

    I have a hauppage usb tuner tuner and standard cable. I can pick up OAT channels with an antenna and use the one guide with the usb tuner. However, when I plug it to my standard cable from the wall I received no channels. I can pick up my standard channels
    if I plug the usb tuner to my computer. So my question is will xbox ever give the option of using the usb tuner for standard cable? or is there anything I can do to use the one guide using ym computer?

    Over-the-Air Broadcast Connection to Xbox One - How?

    Here is a link on the OTA tuner that you're asking about. So far as I know it is only available in the US and Canada and is a Hauppage tuner.

    Any other tuner (whether it works or not) is a 3rd party tuner and is not covered by Xbox nor is there information on them.

    Hey Hakked.

    Couple things we wanna check before diving into this. When you're using the Hauppage TV Tuner, do you have any issues with OneGuide? If you set up the Hauppage TV Tuner before you set up your Motorola STB you'll wanna run through the OneGuide setup again
    with the new device.
