    No one seems to be looking into the problems with Bingo


    I have written several times and have seen other posts about Bingo. I spoke to Microsoft and was told that the originators

    of the game would need to fix the problems their game. When you complete a game and open the luggage the earned coins do not add to the balance of coins that you have at the end of the game. If you have 100 coins in your balance at the end of the game
    and you have 10 bingos and open 10 pieces of luggage each with 5 coins you still have 100 coins in your balance....it does not add any earned coins to this existing balance. Also I have never received or seen anything from the community phase of the game.
    There was several times that I had bingos on every line but 1 and did see any additional money for that . I don't really see any benefit from buying knives either...I don't receive any benefits from opening luggage. Also, there is another way to get coins....I
    believe it's at the start of the game...but right at this moment I can't remember how it works because it doesn't. I enjoy Bingo...but you people need to get this fixed. I spend money on this game.....but I am getting tired of be cheated out of the coins
    that I have won. I would appreciate some type of communication to let me know that i am not wasting my time writing to you.........

    Server continues to fail

    Bingo server sucks and no one seems to care to fix the problems plaguing this game.

    Will Microsoft EVER fix the Bingo server problem?

    Connecting problems and being unceremoniously thrown off the site in the middle of a game!

    Where is Microsoft? Why no info about the problem? Memories of Win 3, and following buggy versions seem to slip into focus.

    When will Microsoft even PRETEND to care about their customers? When will this unstable connectivity problem be fixed? A response from Microsoft would be nice but I'm not holding my breath.

    Looks like I'm not the only one with the problem. Can't play bingo. With this many having the same exact problem, it has to be on your end. Please fix!

    Having the same problem.

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Today the problem seems to be solved. The bingo ad works normal and I can pay sudoku again. Fingers crossed :)

    seems that connection is a problem with a lot of us bingo players also I am losing bingo credits and not getting the second round suv. and I do not get credit for my silver status can someone hear me now.

    I tried the second and third option but they didný change anything. Tomorrow I will take a look at the clean boot. Not sure I will dare to do that, not sure it would help. It doesn't seem to be the game creating problems but the stupid bingo add. These ads
    have changed lately and this one seems to be caught between the old and the new versions. The Solitare Collection gives no problem though the same add is there too.
