    I've tried everything talked to everyone used different Bluetooth headsets and no one still can't hear me I really need help with this.

    Which headsets are you trying to use? Where are you trying to use it? Console or PC?

    It’s through a headset, but it’s not the headset that’s not working. I have it connected to Bluetooth so I can hear what’s on my phone and I can hear all of that just fine. The reset wasn’t a full one, it kept all the games and all I had to do was sync them back up

    If you start a party by yourself and watch your icon does the mic light up when you speak? Have you tried on a second controller?

    The next thing I would try is attempt to use the headset on a controller that you know is able to use a headset, another option I would try is updating your controller by connecting it to the console for 10 minutes via the usb cable, third option is to pair
    the controller again with the Xbox. Also you may go in to settings>kinect it will say use kinect for voice chat, try turning this off.
