No notifications when people are online

I have multiple people favorited and some are not, I used to get notifications for both on my Xbox, for the past 4-5 days, I haven’t gotten any. I looked in my settings and all my settings look good.

Yeah I saw a notification and it caught me off guard so I looked up the people that made posts about the notifications and I decided to give that guy a piece of my mind

It’s not our faults. It’s not our settings, if they are favorited, or if we need to do a restart on our Xbox. It’s your faults. It’s a problem on Microsoft’s end. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we have been receiving notifications all the way up until sometime around march. It just all of a sudden stopped working.

Let's refresh the console's system cache and see if this helps.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.
