    I mean when I try to log in when it says account locked i only see the form not the next bottom everyone uses to unlock there account like in YouTube.

    Yes, as i mentioned, if you don't see the next button it's because that option it's not available for you and you need to follow the steps on this link

    Could you share a screenshot of what you mean please, as if the account it's locked and you don't see a next button means you don't have the option to unlock by phone but probably I'm not understanding correctly
