    Looks like some app is running. I recommend finalizing the apps you use one by one to determine which one has that name.

    If the problem persists, try this.

    Hit your Windows key, type in "services" when it loads, in the "Name" column, find "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder", right-click and hit restart, it should tell you it needs to restart "Windows Audio" too, that's fine just hit yes.
