    NO MYSTERY PRIZE


    I have done EVERY SINGLE QUEST since October. I did October's, November's, December's, and I am one log in away from being done with January's. YET I never received a message from Xbox that I had entered the contests nor did I receive any mystery prizes
    for the past 3 months of quests I fulfilled. My account is active EVERY SINGLE DAY from around 12:30 am till 7 am and about 2 pm until 4 pm so I know my account was on and used every day of those months and I beat every quest overshooting the required amounts
    necessary except the pinning Gold to the home I only did that once. I earned more than the required gamerscore, added more than the required friends, logged in to Mixer on my laptop AND Xbox all the days just in case it was specific to one, the list goes on.
    I'm angry and confused as to why no one has been able to help me or address this and the fact I keep trying to get them.

    What are the requirements to get the mystery prize. Do I have to complete all three quests to get a mystery prize or will I get a mystery prize if Inonly complete one or two of the quests?

    I was referring to October as well as November and I completed the quests for both AND I've completed December's as well and still not received any prizes or messages notifying me of the completion of the quests.
