    No more chances to set MY HOME XBOX


    Currently have been wanting to set my XBOX One to the MY HOME XBOX setting because now we will have visitors(family lol) So I wanted to set it up for easy access but it seems I have used up my 5 times to change it. Which I don't know how that happened
    unless my nephews were just pushing buttons lol. Besides waiting a year do I have any work arounds or options to get my XBOX set up to the MY HOME XBOX option? Thank you.

    you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. If you're not given a survey, then all you can do is wait for them to reset on their

    You get more chances to set home Xbox after a few months I believe, but if you use the profile you're setting the Xbox as home Xbox on then you don't need to set home Xbox, when you sign into an account it acts as if the Xbox its signed into is currently the home Xbox.

    Right, and I have done that, but... two consoles in the house, mine and my dad/brother's. I share games with the second console. However, with it not being set as home we can't share the games if I'm wanting to play on my console at the same time.

    Actually figured it out and KarimAndSonz was kinda right so for anyone who finds this or has this issue what i did was set my own xbox as Home (it asked me to use up one of 5 home set chances) and then i went on my girlfriends xbox and set hers as home
    (it asked if i wanted to use one of the remaining 4 home set chances which it wasnt doing before) and it started working again
