No more backgrounds

Discus and support No more backgrounds in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Seems the New Xbox Experience download took away my ability to add customized backgrounds.     No more backgrounds


    Seems the New Xbox Experience download took away my ability to add customized backgrounds. I had one already set prior and logged in today and noticed it was gone. Screen set to boring gray. So I plugged in the USB to re-add the background. Nothing. Seems
    I simply can't customize anymore. Anyway to fix this?

    No More Custom Backgrounds?

    Everything was fine until the March update, now my backgrounds will not show up and the 'new' transparent tiles won't even work. Please tell me I'm not the only one having this annoying issue and if someone has a fix for it.

    No More Custom Backgrounds?

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

    Hey there, Donis! This is a preview issue, and you will want to submit any issues you have with the preview program through the feedback app on your console. To check to see if there are any fixes to issues you run into, please check out the
    Update Preview Forums.

    Note that this should be fixed in the latest update that was released last night. Please update your console before submitting feedback through your console to ensure it is working properly again. Thanks for understanding! No more backgrounds :)

    but we can use the background as we want, just go to the image you like and in "more options" select it as a background

    New dashboard/home update sucks!

    I like the new dashboard but it would be cool to see your background more. On the other hand, the console's main purpose is for playing games, not showing background pictures.
