No message for free one month of Gold for playing Halo: Master Chief Collection

I've noticed on some gaming boards that people have received the message telling them they have gotten a free one month due to their support for playing the game. Well that's funny because I bought the game on 10/30(pre-loaded it) and i have an achievement
unlocked with a time-stamp of 11/15, well before the 12/19 deadline to qualify for the free stuff. I have even played online matches so what gives? If I don't get this one month then I'm obviously not going to get the free ODST and other goodies. If that's
the case, I want a refund for the $63.96 I paid on 10/30. This makes no sense especially when I have a friend who played it once, ONCE on launch and quit playing because of the problems it was having still got the message. I just hope these things are still
rolling out.

To add to that, the one month was never already added to my account. My membership was supposed to expire this month, it did. I added a 12 month to it and I have 1/9/16 as the date it ends so the one month has not been added.

 

Theres many of us who have not gotten the free month of gold. Its a shame too, as I honestly believed they were trying to fix things with the consumer, instead they give it to a handful(some who only bought the game days before the cut off date) who didnt
have to deal with the mess of the launch.

 

343 Industries should just publish the compensation to everyone who purchased HMCC it's still very broken for me and putting it on Xbox Live Marketplace would be the best thing to do.

 

I bought this day one as a physical copy and I guess I'm SOL for the compensation since I couldn't play it online.
