No me han dado un logro que hago? [Haven't you given me an achievement I do?]

Hola ya había echo eso antes lo delas 72 horas y eso y no puedo hacer el logro otra vez es demasiado difícil y ya lo hice con mi cuenta principal y si lo hiciera con otra cuenta me tomaríia demasiado tiempo en terminarlo alrededor de 3 o 4 meses
tendría que hacer todo otr vez para obtener el logro no hay otra manera más sencilla?

Thanks for the reply with the update. Sorry to hear about the achievement not unlocking. If you haven't already, I recommend that you try to troubleshoot this issue using our support article entitled Problems
with Xbox One achievements and challenges. Essentially, you just need to make sure that your internet connection is strong so that the information can be correctly synchronized with Xbox Live. Sometimes this can take more than 72 hours. I personally had
an achievement "hang" for about a week or so before it popped up, so I truly understand the frustration.

You can also try removing your profile from your console and then re-adding it to see if it refreshes or updates the account information as well. If you do try all the troubleshooting available, but the achievement still hasn't shown up, and isn't listed
on True Achievements, then you may have to perform the steps necessary to achieve it again.

tengo un problema con el juego y es que me sale un letrero que dice que no puede actualizar mi perfil...que hago? ahora hoy que lo jugue nuevamente me guardo los logros, pero no me deja jugar cerca del final o algo así, me toca empezar todo el juego nuevamente...

Me han regalado un código y cuando lo quise cangear me aparece que este ya fue utilizando cuando no lo habia cangeado antes
