Thanks, but as stated, I have already tried adding new card and paypal. All fail with same error no matter the payment choice

Could you please add a new card and delete current card details to see if this corrects the error that is occurring.

Seems to be a card error, you may have an old card added to your account but you’ll need to add a new one and make it your primary payment method and this should sort the errors out.

I have tried on XBOX also. It opens a web-browser edge and does the same. I think I have paid, I think the error saying I haven't is what is wrong. That is why it wont take payment
