    No matter how many times I try, microsoft refuses to update/verify my new email.


    I need to update my email, as my email used is years old and I have a new email that I use for everything important. I have the new email on the account. I am told I must make the new email the primary first. But to make it the primary, I must verify. I click on verify, it sends me an email link. I click on the email link that says click here to verify, and it takes me to "View basic information about your page" allowing me to edit birthday, address, etc. Nothing about email. Nothing telling me email is verified. I refresh the page, and navigate to my emails on account, and nothing is changed. Been going on for 30 minutes no matter what I do i cannot verify my email or remove my old one.

    I can't sign in using any verification method.

    It says I can't use my phone to verify. Or alternative email. And the recovery form never works either no matter how many times I try

    Forgot to add, I couldnt verify my new email because I got the following message:

    Your email address wasn't verified

    This email address couldn't be verified because the wrong Microsoft account may have been entered. Try signing in with another Microsoft account.

    Although I followed the link from my email that was sent from my microsft account

    When i try to login on the Minecraft login website i use login with Microsoft as i always have, but every time i try it says I've tried logging in to many times with the wrong password, and I can't change the password or verify the email since that email has been deleted.
