    No matter how many times I complete the ‘I’m not a robot’ it won’t let me make an Xbox account


    I’m currently trying to make a new Xbox account because I’m unable to get the password for my old one. Unfortunately whenever I complete the robot test it makes me do it again. I’m currently using an iPad. Is there a way to fix this problem?

    I’ve tried the hearing test instead, but it gives the same results.

    Hello Lou, on your Ipd you are using Safari, have tried by another browser like Opera or even Google Chrome, and also tried to do by another device as a PC and then log in to the ipad?
