Very convincing and I've just gone ahead and ordered this GPU card and PSU from SCAN...

Palit GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER StormX 4GB GDDR6 VR Ready Graphics Card, 1280 Core, 1530MHz GPU, 1725MHz Boost
This one is 168x122x40, single fan, in stock and should fit.

Also ordered the Corsair TX550 Gold PSU.

I've taken out their installation damage cover too!!

Intel i5 4590, - this CPU is much older than your i5 7400,

16Gb RAM, - about the same as yours, although the speed of the RAM is unknown,

GTX 1650 Super - is slightly more powerful than a GTX 1650, but with the limited space in your case a Super model may not fit,

with a GTX 1650 you may have to use a mix of High and Medium setting to get as close to 60 fps that you can,

This video gives you an idea of what sort of performance you'll get with No Man Sky.

This will most likely be the best PSU for that case, if it fits,

So your GPU and PSU wont be fighting for air if you choose this PSU...

It's 500W, Platinum standard ( better than gold standard ) and fanless but does cost more...

It has a good chance of fitting, can't say 100% though.

Remember you need a new PSU first. A modular PSU is better as you only need to plug in the power and SATA cables you need, which makes for a more tidy case.

Corsair or (even better) Seasonic are brands to go for. No need for anything more than 500W.
