    Hello, I have game pass subscription on PC but I cannot download No Man's Sky. It says game not available. I have downloaded a bunch of other games with no problem, only NMS does this.

    Please assist, thank you.

    Hi again,

    Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

    And connectivity

    Search for the game directly in the microsoft store, and see if any error messages or incompatibility warnings appear.

    Do you use region switching to use xbox services?

    Go to your windows update and click on get updates

    After updating

    See which version is your windows this way, and tell me

    The version consists of 4 digits

    And then go to the Microsoft Store, select More > Downloads & updates > Get updates.

    Update everything in both places, and let me know if it works

    Thank you for your reply. When I click on install it opens the xbox app which leads me to the unavailable button, there is no direct download button from there.

    I have the same issue with Avengers and Guardians of the galaxy games, but I downloaded Sniper Elite 5 just fine.

    I appreciate your assistance.
