If you don't see any active subscription on this account it means you are active on another account, I recommend checking all the accounts you use.

If after checking the accounts you use and not finding any active subscription you need to call your bank to cancel these charges, your card is probably being used by someone else, I recommend ordering another card from your bank.

A Microsoft agent will not be able to assist in finding out which account these charges are being made to or cancel.

I am having the same problem. I paid for my Xbox game pass on the 14th of December. When I checked it on the 28th I no longer had the subscription and if I wanted it I would have to pay $1.

People understand FREE with limitations, but don't understand why Xbox one you PAY and get nothing, i played a few tracks to start off with but no longer as it prompts me to buy music pass if i want carry on listening

I’ve gained access back to my account and reset password and turned on 2fa but someone had changed my home Xbox to there’s and used the reset of them causing my Xbox to no longer be able to use my game pass on any of my accounts they are using the subscription I pay for and I don’t want that. I want my Xbox my home xbox
