    No Longer Receiving Notification of Friends Online


    This started about 2 days ago. have been with several Xbox/Microsoft Support agents with no results.

    I am no longer be notified that my friends have logged into Xbox Live. Not through the Xbox One Console, Xbox Mobile App or Windows 10.

    Steps that I have already take; Checked Notification Settings, Hard Reset Console, Deleted Account, Factory Reset Console, Check Parental Settings.

    Please Help. I would like to know when my friends log on to Xbox.

    Receiving notifications from deleted friends

    Hi all,

    For some reason I am still receiving online notifications from friends that I have deleted recently. I deleted them through the Xbox smart glass app on my iPhone and they are no longer on my friends list there or on Xbox. I have online notifications set
    for all friends, not just favourites.

    Just wondering if there is anyway to fix this or is anyone else is experiencing this issue?

    Not receiving notifications when friends are online

    I'm not receiving notifications when my friends are online. All the settings are correct. Help Anyone?!

    No Longer Receiving Notification of Friends Online

    Same probleme there, clearing the cache, settings is ok, deleted account, factory settings reboot, reset my network, nothing no notification is popping. ( sry for the bad english i am French )

    No notification when friends come online (notifications turned on )

    Same here. I no longer get notifications when friends come online. I only get notifications when a friend is playing the same game as me. Msg notifications and party invites works fine, but it's kinda annoying if you're playing a different game waiting for
    your friends to come online.

    They should have this. We get a notification when we receive a txt message from a friend regardless if on a 360 or 1, so the same should apply for friend notifications. Especially friends who we add to our favourites list. 360 and 1 do run on "Xbox Live"
    so we should have the ability to receive such notifications without having to search up the friend to see their online status whether they're online on not.

    When I send them invites, they don’t receive the notification at all. When they join an ‘online friends session’ a notification comes up on gta saying there are no compatible friends on gta.
