    Xbox rewards - purchases not showing up

    I will point out however you no longer earn my vip rebates for renewing xbox gold.

    Xbox LIve Rewards help

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for an offer on the site (one of the missions) or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Your friends may be receiving credits primarily through VIP rebates which
    can make it seem like you're receiving credits for doing nothing.

    It looks like your last purchase on November 28th went towards the Games on Demand punchcard instead of MyVIP payback. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account to reflect payback for this purchase. You should see the Credits pending by
    the end of next week.

    Xbox Live rewards rebate issue

    As of September 2014, VIP status is no longer based on gamerscore (btw, legend status only have 3% back). VIP status is now based on star levels. You need at least 1 star level in order to receive a VIP rebate.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be included in the rebate you receive in mid-November.

    Why are my purchases not being recorded?

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There were no offers to receive credits for Gears 4 when you purchased
    it. If you were eligible for VIP rebates, it would have been part of your rebate for that month.
