No longer getting gems for 1000 gamerscore increase

Discus and support No longer getting gems for 1000 gamerscore increase in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My last deposit of 2 gems for getting 1000 gamerscore was 01/01/18.     No longer getting gems for 1000 gamerscore increase


    My last deposit of 2 gems for getting 1000 gamerscore was 01/01/18. Since then I've gained well over 10k more and none of that is in the MyGems recent activity, yet I've been getting updates for other things I have done. Is there a cap or something?

    Heya!!! I get 2 MyVIP Gems for 1000 Gamerscore increase, but didnt get 150 MyVIP Gems for Increase my MyAchievement Tier to Legend.

    Hello Bunny army 44,

    You received gems for your most recent 1000 Gamerscore increase on February 16. This is on top of the gems you received for your previous 1000 on January 16th.

    While there is a Gem cap of 10,000, you have not yet reached that limit. We'll reach out to another team to investigate if there is a potential issue. Apologies for the confusion. Once we get a explanation on why this is occurring, we will update this thread.

    MyVIP Gems not being added for Gamerscore increase

    For increasing your gamerscore by 1000 you get 2 gems.

    There's also a bonus when you reach a new tier in the "MyAchivements" section; the higher the level, the higher the bonus.
