    No Longer Eligible Because Your Membership Expired


    I went to check the status of last weeks quests and then see what was next. Now it says that my membership expired and I'm no longer eligible. It didn't.

    so i was trying to look at my xbox quests progress and it came up with this message: You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired.

    Game Pass Quest says I have no Subscription

    This had happened a few times with my gold quest, but it seems to have been fixed; however, my Game Pass Quest still seems to tell me that I have no active membership even though I bought the 3 months deal.

    Anyway to fix this?

    "You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired" is the exact message.

    Membership page says my Game pass expires on 10/20/2018.

    I had the same issue yesterday, it appears they have now fixed that. Go ahead and check those sites again for your status, should show as "Get Started" on the quests.

    If you had Ultimate previously, it's quite possible the promotional price is only for new subscribers, or those whose subscriptions have been expired for an extended period of time. So you may not be eligible for the price if your membership just expired.

    Thanks for the support message.

    Your account may be showing to renew do to your current membership is about to expire. However, since Gold stacks up, your next membership will pick right up once that current one expires. It's just informing you that your CURRENT membership is expiring
    soon, but again, once your current once expires, it will automatically keep you as gold status because it will set in on that date.
