No longer able to join parties or see when friends come online.

Thats an odd issue, there are a few things that i can think of that could be causing it and hopefully one of them solves it, firstly and most likely an obvious question but is your gold still active? I know that it may be a basic thing to ask but if your
gold is not active the above issue can happen.

Second are you set to appear offline? if you are then you will also have this issue, here is a link to check if that is the case,

And last on the list is maybe check your emails to see if you have received some sort of communications ban, you can also check on here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

I know these may seem like simple things but its a process of elimination and we might be able to narrow it down as to what the issue might be.

Same here. I no longer get notifications when friends come online. I only get notifications when a friend is playing the same game as me. Msg notifications and party invites works fine, but it's kinda annoying if you're playing a different game waiting for
your friends to come online.

Friends cant join my party when they try it starts a party one friend has been able to join me but 3 other friends are in party together and we cant join them

+1 to the notification when a 'Favourite' friend comes online. I didn't know my brother was on Xbox until he randomly joined my party.
