    Hey yall hope you can help a brother out. I'm having an issue where I can't remote download a game to my xbox and yes, I've done everything Microsoft had said and even some of yall but I got no luck. I got plenty of space for it and all I get is either cancel or learn more, at least my xbox shows up, I just can't download anything.

    And please don't answer my question with the same problems I'm trying to have this discussion to be helpful for others and hopefully fix thier issues too. For those that still have the issue once this problem is fixed then I hope you can find a way

    Hi Night Rider. Make sure you console is set up for Remote installation.

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile and System > Settings > System > Updates and downloads.
    • Select Allow Remote Installations.

    Please try to install the game remotely. Kindly do the steps below to set it up first.

    Sign in on your console using the same Xbox profile you’ll be using on your mobile or PC app.

    Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

    Check the box to enable remote features.

    For Power options, select Sleep mode.

    Note If the console isn’t set to Sleep mode, remote features won’t work. This is so installation can start even when you’re not there to turn on the console.

    After that, download the Xbox app on your mobile phone, sign in to your account there then search for the game. Select "Download to console."
