no help just got off phone with xbox live call center ?

This is weird that it is only affecting a few friends. I have a list of troubleshooting steps you can try.

1.) power cycle console

2.)Go to settings> Kinect and Devices> Devices and Accessories> [...]> Assign controller to account> Update control> unassign account> test headset/chat

3.)Make sure mic is "ON" Press the home button> go to the Gear on the
menu> Audio> Turn Mic off and on. OR go to settings> Kinect and Devices> Devices and Accessories> [...]>Audio> Mic on> Adjust volume.

4.)You can test your controller if it is broken by "Buzzing" the controller. The buzz feature is connected to the headset port, and if the controller does not buzz then the port may be damaged.
[Turning on Vibration if it does not "Buzz"> Settings> Ease of Access>
Controller> Vibration Settings> Turn on Vibration].

5.)Some mics are detachable and may be damaged so try testing the headset on another device to see if it works (Example: windows 10.

Test the Headset with Skype Test or Voice Recorder). If there is an issue with using the headset on an Xbox controller, you can try using a headset adaptor.

6.) Make sure there is no Enforcement on the account.

7.) Make sure the controller is not full of dust in the headset port (you can use compressed air to clear the dust).

8..) Make sure controller is fully charged/ change battery type.

9.) Use a headset adapter or standard headphones (Main fix)

10) Soft or full console reset. (may not work all the time)

yes thats right .im using turtle beach atlist new't one's being sold it work't befor we start live streaming on mixer on 7 days to die it stop't working few mintes after brodcasting on mixer in party chat of xbox live party chat .

few my friends cant here me at all talking i can here them but they cant here me talking i joined other friends partys to see if it was on my end its not the others frineds can here me talking just not a few i play with daly been having prubloms
with mic shinch update 2 or 3 weeks ago i got on xbox one and now this i ack't xbox live call center to call me and they did ran all there tests and reset my xbox one clead mac adders 3 time and more and nuthing work't the support lady told me there few more
things to try but nuthing working and my mic was working with some friend and not others if falt was on my end it would not work with any one at all she told me then to wait 24 to 48 hours to wait and see if it fixs its self it wont most likely it wont it
has to be on servers end i was albe to talk to them and they could here me fine tell around 6 pm after its stop't working with few frined but not all and it was only with the gruop i was playing with ween they were live streaming on mixer on 7 days to die
the game party chat stop't working i used same mic and controler and joined anther party chat and it work't just fine and iv work't on servers and conputor my hole life my father owns some servers for his work and i have 2 servers this is a server prublom
with xbox live or mixer or both by it not working with frineds in mixer and itt is with friends not using mixer . plzs fixs .

What type of headset are you using? Is it possible you have the microphone muted? Assuming you have plugged your controller to the console via USB and there wasn't an update, it is possible the microphone could be out on the headset. If it is a newer
style one with the 3.5mm jack, see if you can plug the headset into a cell phone and test if the mic works on that just in case.

If the problem persists:

• Try your Xbox One Stereo Headset
  with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will need to be replaced.
  
• Try your Headset on another
  controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
  updating the first controlleragain.
  If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
  Xbox Online Service Center.

it start working yesterday after i post it this next day it was working same mic same controler that was not working now how is it my falt ween next day it start working ?
